Jenn Wade, Founder & President

Jenn Wade is founder and president of J. Wade Public Relations.  An accomplished PR specialist with more than a decade of experience, Jenn has represented some of the world’s top lifestyle brands from luxury hotels and resorts, coveted destinations and world-class developers to Michelin-starred chefs and dynamic designers.  Combining her PR prowess with an unmatched passion and energy, Jenn delivers smart and exciting campaigns complete with intriguing storylines that move the needle. Her success is evidenced by her longstanding relationships with clients and press.

Nicole Lax
Vice President

Vice President Nicole Lax has nearly a decade of experience providing clients with thoughtful strategic guidance, imaginative ideas, and top results. She is a seasoned communications specialist who excels in writing, brand building, and media relations. Nicole's client roster has included renowned hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, food, and non-profit brands such as Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, W San Francisco, The St. Regis Atlanta, Art Miami, Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, MICHAEL MINA, MillenniumPartners, and Kohanaiki, among others. Nicole has secured powerful placements in outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, Huffington Post, SELF Magazine, Robb Report, Entrepreneur, The Knot, National Geographic Traveler, Elite Traveler, and MarketWatch.  

Prior to moving to San Francisco, Nicole worked at Walker Sands Communications and Jasculca Terman and Associates, both based in Chicago. Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a specialization in PR, from Michigan State University.


Blake Willahan
SEnior Account Executive

Blake Willahan is a savvy communications professional with experience in public relations, event planning, social media management and influencer relations.  Before joining J. Wade Public Relations, Blake held PR and marketing positions with luxury hotels such as The St. Regis San Francisco and Montage Laguna Beach. Blake has been successful in securing placements in top outlets such as Modern Luxury, Coast Magazine, Robb Report, Shape, C Magazine, CNN Style, Popsugar, UPROXX, and Haute Living, among others. She is also a seasoned manager of social media and celebrity campaigns, as well as large-scale events for real estate, travel, restaurant, and fitness clients.

Blake grew up in Orange County and attended San Diego State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations.  She moved to San Francisco to pursue her passion for hospitality, food and fitness. 



Brooke Secor brings to her role as an Account Supervisor at J. Wade Public Relations ten years’ experience developing integrated communications plans to build brand awareness, and ultimately, business for a diverse pool of hospitality, fitness, and lifestyle clients. Her work has supported internationally recognized software firms, local gyms, global restaurant chains, renowned artists, and national real estate and land developers. Brooke’s capabilities include crafting new brand concepts and identities, using creative storytelling to enhance public relations efforts, leveraging media and influencer relations, event management, and developing marketing partnerships to deliver high impact results.

Brooke has secured coverage in Food & Wine Magazine, Sunset Magazine, GOOP, Allure Korea, Huffington Post, Wired, Afar Magazine, Robb Report, Business Insider, Restaurant Hospitality, The Food Network, Eater, San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Business Times and San Francisco Magazine.

 Formerly a Public Relations Supervisor with Andrew Freeman and Company, Brooke earned her degree at Chicago’s DePaul University in Mass Communications before living in Portland, New York City, and now, San Francisco.


Assistant account executive

Alyssa Gonzales brings diverse experience in PR, marketing, and event planning to her role as an Assistant Account Executive.  In this position, she is critical to pitching press, celebrities and influencers; handling social media; providing event support; and tapping her outstanding writing skills for hotel, restaurant, design and real estate clients.  Previously, Alyssa supported public relations efforts for hospitality clients such Gotts Roadside, Poggio Trattoria, AC Hotels and ROOH.

Alyssa received her Bachelor of Arts in 3.5 years magna cum laude from Washington State University, where she majored in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Sport Management. She is a Bay Area native, and has enjoyed keeping up with the hottest restaurants, bars, and travel scene.



Becky Sprinzen is a public relations and marketing specialist who brings eight years of experience with nationally-recognized restaurants, chefs, wine and spirits, and hotel brands to her position as Account Manager at J. Wade Public Relations.  From planning and executing successful events to managing meaningful media relations, Becky shines speaking as a brand champion on behalf of clients. With experience working in Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville, her accounts have included the worldwide spirits portfolio Hotaling & Co., Magnolia Bakery, James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Maws, Virginia’s Rappahannock Oyster Company, Radisson Blu Hotels, and Acme Feed & Seed. Becky has a proven track record with outlets such as The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast TravelerFood & Wine, Bon Appetit, The Southern Living, Cosmopolitan, The Today Show, Good Morning America, and more. 

Becky grew up in Southern California and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations.

Audrey chaddick

Audrey Chaddick brings experience in marketing, public relations, social media content creation and management, and event planning and execution to her role as Account Coordinator. Before joining J. Wade Public Relations, Audrey held marketing and PR positions at luxury footwear brand The Office of Angela Scott, and notable South Coast real estate brokerage Hayes Commercial Group.  

Audrey grew up in Marin County and attended UC Santa Barbara, where she received her B.A. in Communication. She loves to spend her free time exploring the Bay Area with her friends and family, and finding the latest and greatest restaurants and bars.
